Mitchell C. Voges, 1991 U.S. Amateur Champion
While his greatest joy and achievements are centered around his family and home life, Mitch has also received numerous accolades for athletic pursuits, including winning the 1991 U.S. Amateur Championship and successfully anchoring the United States Walker Cup Team in Dublin, Ireland. In 1995, Mitch developed a state-of-the-art golf performance laboratory utilizing proprietary and sophisticated computerized technology aimed at helping players of all skill levels improve their performance and enjoyment of the game. Max Out Golf Labs has maintained technical superiority and applications programs that have been hailed by industry executives, tournament professionals, and the general public. Specifically, Max Out Golf Labs has proven successful in thousands of individual applications by providing each golfer a comprehensive analysis of which equipment best suits his game, as well as helping them swing the club more efficiently. These systems have proven highly effective with virtually every level of golfer, from beginners to Hall of Fame PGA Tour players. For many years, Mitch has been heard on CBS/Westwood One Radio as the lead analyst for their live coverage of golf’s major championships (the Masters, U.S. Open, British Open, PGA Championship and Ryder Cup). In addition, Mitch is providing analysis and play-by-play coverage as an on-course commentator for the Senior PGA Tour on CNBC television. Mitch is also active in volunteer activities, including The Boy Scouts of America, Little League baseball, the Southern California Golf Association, high school golf teams, and L.D.S. church groups. Mitch has also been a popular speaker at professional, civic, and charitable functions. |
